Managing Partner of AB Legal Botakoz Dykanbaeva has made a contribution to the International Comparative Legal Guide, in particular there was published an article on employment and labor law in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with changes in legislation as of January 2016, which provides for a detailed information on the employment law issues, analysis of amendments, and matters of practical application of the legal acts.
